Tim is a Federal/Defense experienced practitioner across governance and operating-process design, business and process analysis, requirements organization, program and project delivery, stakeholder coordination, workflow modernization, implementation readiness, transition, and adoption.

His work focuses on the operational layer between strategy, requirements, and governance decisions and the workflows, accountability, evidence, decision visibility, and implementation structure needed to execute them.

Tim founded MS² to help organizations close the gap between knowing what should change and establishing a practical way to carry that change forward.

Earned credentials: AIGP, PMP, CompTIA Security+, and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
